Add a local API and WebSocket transport for runtime events, digest updates, and artifact states.

Unity-like visual workspace

Mission control, world viewport, replay timeline, evidence vault, inspector, and claim review UI.

Installer-first desktop app

Ship real Windows, Linux AppImage, and macOS packages when builds exist.

Commercial polish

Improve onboarding, docs, installer UX, release assets, screenshots, and brand consistency.
